Your right to change your mind:

We offer a returns window of 7 days from the date of your receipt of your order, and you are entitled to a full refund for you purchase within this period if you decide to change your mind and return your goods to us.  Please contact us at within these 7 days to organise the refund.  If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and you should also include the original invoice.

We strongly recommend that you send return items for refund via recorded delivery to ensure we receive them.  The cost for returning goods to us will be borne by you the customer.


Exchange of damaged/defective goods:

In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied, this must be reported by e-mail within 2 days of the order being received and returns must be sent within 7 days of our reply to your informing us.  You can contact us at

Refunds process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
