Order before 1pm Monday – Friday for Same Day Dispatch.
All orders are dispatched within 24 business hours of being received.
We only accept payment in GBP (British Pounds), and all our prices and costs displayed on this site are in GBP. If you are based outside of the United Kingdom your credit card will be charged in GBP and converted to your local currency at the date of purchase using your card issuer’s exchange rate
All our UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class (1-2 business days). This is a sign-for on delivery service. For UK orders up to £20 in value there is a flat shipping fee of £2.50. For UK orders over £20 there is no shipping charge.
All orders are sent by International Signed for service (Royal Mail) which has a 3-5 business days delivery time. This is a sign-for on delivery service. For all EU orders there is a flat shipping fee of £8.00 and for all other International orders there is a flat shipping free of £12.50.
Delivery can be to any address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Please note that if delivery is attempted whilst you are out, Royal Mail will keep your parcel for 1 week before returning it to us. In this event, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay postage costs again to resend the parcel. Alternatively a refund will be made for the cost of the goods only, not the original postage charge.
Please also note that VAT is currently not charging on our orders or shipping.
Finally note that Envy My Nails Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods that you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure).
Completing your Order
At checkout stage, fill in the shipping details making sure to complete all the required fields and submit it to our secure online payments gateway using your credit or debit card. All orders must be paid for before shipping.
We accept payment by most major credit cards with the exception of American Express.
All cards are processed securely via Paypal, and you can submit credit card validation details through their secure system.
Your right to change your mind:
We offer a returns window of 7 days from the date of your receipt of your order, and you are entitled to a full refund for you purchase within this period if you decide to change your mind and return your goods to us. Please contact us at email@example.com within these 7 days to organise the refund. If more than 7 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and you should also include the original invoice.
We strongly recommend that you send return items for refund via recorded delivery to ensure we receive them. The cost for returning goods to us will be borne by you the customer.
Exchange of damaged/defective goods:
In the unlikely event of there being problems with goods supplied, this must be reported by e-mail within 2 days of the order being received and returns must be sent within 7 days of our reply to your informing us. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that returns will only be accepted for exchange or credit by prior arrangement.
We strongly recommend that you send any return items via recorded delivery to ensure we receive them. The cost for returning goods to us will be borne by you the customer, but if it transpires that the goods are being returned due to an error on our behalf we will refund the cost of your sending the goods back to us.
Sale or Return:
We do not offer goods on sale or return basis.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
Sale items :
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation of Orders:
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please remember that all pictures on this site are just representations, and the final colours will depend on the nail application products and method that you use, as well as the base colour chosen. As such any colours shown on our website are for guideline purposes only.
Bulk orders are welcome and attract a discount. Any order of £100 and above qualifies for a 5% discount, any order of £150 and above qualifies for a 10% discount and any order of £225 and above qualifies for a 15% discount! In order to qualify for these discounts you must enter the following discount codes at checkout:
BULK5 for the 5% discount on orders of £100 and above.
BULK10 for the 10% discount on orders of £150 and above.
BULK15 for the 15% discount on orders of £225 and above.
Note that YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE AT CHECKOUT IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DISCOUNT.
Also note that discounts are non-cumulative – i.e. an order of £250 qualifies for a 15% discount, not a 25% discount (10% + 15%) discount.
